Apricot shell activated carbon is mainly made from the peels of apricot kernels through high-temperature carbonization and refined processing. It features a large specific surface area, high strength, uniform particle size, well-developed pore structure, and strong adsorption capacity. It can also adsorb free substances, phenols, sulfur, oil, gums, residues, and other pollutants as well as solvent recovery in water. It is suitable for the purification industries such as pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, sugar production, beverages, and alcoholic beverages. It is also applicable for the decolorization, purification, and refinement of solvents, as well as wastewater treatment.

Beehive shell activated carbon is widely used in the purification of drinking water, industrial water and wastewater for both domestic and industrial water quality improvement as well as gas-phase adsorption, such as in power plants, petrochemicals, oil refineries, food and beverage industries, sugar and alcohol production, medicine, electronics, fish farming, maritime transportation, etc. It can adsorb free substances, phenols, sulfur and other pollutants, especially the precursors of mutagenic substances (THM), achieving purification and impurity removal while eliminating odors.
