Pharmaceutical decolorizing carbon is a high-purity acid-washed powdered activated carbon made from high-quality hardwood sawdust. It is activated through the phosphoric acid method and then undergoes multiple acid washings for purification, iron and heavy metal removal, aseptic drying, and ultrafine grinding to form black fine powder. It has a well-developed medium to large pore structure and is specifically used for the decolorization and purification of raw materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, and fermentation drug solutions in the pharmaceutical industry. It can remove pyrogens (endotoxins), pigments, colloids, trace heavy metals, and organic impurities, and complies with pharmaceutical standards (Chinese Pharmacopoeia, USP, EP). It is a dedicated adsorption material for pharmaceutical liquid-phase purification.
