The powdered activated carbon for waste incineration is specialized coal-based powder activated carbon. It is made from high-quality anthracite as the raw material, through carbonization, high-temperature steam activation, and ultra-fine grinding to form black fine powder. The product is specially optimized with a composite pore structure of micropores and mesopores, which is suitable for the conditions of waste incineration flue gas. It is used for spray injection in the flue duct and efficiently captures substances such as dioxins, heavy metals like mercury, trace VOCs, and odors in the flue gas. It is the core adsorption material for waste incineration plants, hazardous waste incineration, and biomass power plants for flue gas purification.

Process principle: The carbon powder is injected into the flue duct. During the residence time of the flue gas, it adsorbs gaseous pollutants. Then, it enters the bag filter with the flue gas, captures the saturated carbon powder, stabilizes and meets the environmental protection emission regulations for waste incineration flue gas of various countries.

Instructions:

1. Addition Method: Utilize pneumatic conveying and spray the substance quantitatively into the flue. It is generally placed at the front end of the bag filter.

2. Addition Volume: The conventional reference is 0.3 - 0.6 kg per ton of waste. The spraying volume should be adjusted according to the smoke gas detection data.

3. Complementary Process: The combination of activated carbon spraying and bag filter. The saturated carbon powder is collected and disposed along with the fly ash.

4. Safety Tips: Store in a dry environment and keep away from open flames. Ensure the conveying system has anti-static and dust-proof measures to prevent the risk of dust explosion.
