Coconut shell granular gold refined activated carbon is made from high-quality coconut shell raw materials from Southeast Asia. It is produced through carbonization, high-temperature steam activation, crushing, screening, acid washing, and other processing steps. The product mainly features a microporous structure, with extremely high mechanical strength of the particles, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, low ash content, and low dust. It is specifically designed to be compatible with the carbon paste process (CIP/CIL) gold beneficiation process. It selectively adsorbs gold cyanide complexes in the cyanide leaching solution, and recovers gold after the gold-loaded carbon is desorbed. It is a dedicated adsorption carbon for the gold mining extraction industry.

4. Resistant to cycle regeneration: The gold-loaded carbon can be repeatedly recycled and put back into the production line after desorption and regeneration treatment, with a long service life and reduced overall cost of consumables.

5. Stable particle size specification: The particles are uniform, facilitating separation by screen mesh in the carbon slurry process, and the separation effect between carbon particles and the mineral slurry is good.

Instructions:

1. Pre-treatment filling: Before use, the new carbon is rinsed with clean water to remove surface dust and prevent fine carbon from entering the pulp system.

2. Process operation: Put the carbon slurry into the adsorption tank, allowing the pulp to fully contact and adsorb gold; the carbon particles are intercepted by the screen, and the pulp passes smoothly.

3. Desorption and regeneration: The gold-loaded carbon is sent to the desorption system to release gold, and the carbon is thermally regenerated to restore its adsorption performance and is recycled; fine carbon produced by wear is regularly discharged.

4. Safety reminder: Store in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from strong oxidants; wear a dust mask during operation. The gold mining process equipment must comply with mine safety regulations.
