The coconut shell granular water purification activated carbon is made from natural coconut shells as raw materials. It is processed through carbonization, high-temperature steam activation, crushing, sieving, acid washing and other refining procedures. The product has well-developed micropores with uniform pore diameters, high mechanical strength, good wear resistance and anti-sedimentation ability, low ash content and few impurities. It is mainly used for adsorbing small molecule pollutants in water bodies, effectively removing residual chlorine, trace organic substances, heavy metal ions, off-color and unpleasant odors from water. It is widely applied in water treatment scenarios such as deep purification of drinking water, ultra-pure water and pure water production, water treatment plants, water purifiers, circulating water, etc.

Instructions:

1. Pre-treatment filling: After new activated carbon is loaded into the filter tank, clean water is used to repeatedly rinse it to remove surface dust, preventing initial water discharge from being turbid.

2. Operation process: Fill the filter tank, control a reasonable filtration speed to ensure that the water body fully contacts and adsorbs the activated carbon; perform regular backwashing.

3. Regeneration and replacement: After saturation of adsorption, it can be regenerated at high temperature; after multiple regenerations, the adsorption capacity decreases, and new activated carbon needs to be replaced.

4. Storage safety: Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid long-term soaking in water and moisture; keep away from strong oxidants; wear a dust mask during operation.
