The decolorizing coconut shell activated carbon is made from high-quality natural coconut shells through processes of high-temperature carbonization, steam activation, acid washing to remove impurities, crushing and screening for refinement. It is a black amorphous granular carbon. The product has a well-developed microporous structure, a large specific surface area, and possesses extremely strong adsorption capabilities for pigments and large-molecule organic substances. At the same time, it has high mechanical strength, is not prone to wear and breakage, has low ash content and heavy metal content, and is the preferred granular adsorption material for liquid decolorization in the fields of food, medicine, chemical industry, and water treatment. It can be used in fixed-bed filtration systems, and can be regenerated after saturation. The overall cost is lower for long-term use. 

1. Excellent decolorization performance: Rich microporous structure, quickly adsorbs pigments, colloids and macromolecular impurities in the liquid, has high decolorization efficiency, and the filtrate is clear and transparent.

2. High strength and low loss: Coconut shell has high native hardness, is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, and is not easily crushed during the filtration and circulation process, producing less dust and being less likely to clog the filter layer.

3. Less impurities for greater safety: Acid washing treatment, with low ash content and heavy metal content, food and medicine grade, can meet the decolorization requirements of food and beverage, and pharmaceutical intermediates.

4. Low fluid resistance: Uniform particle size, smooth liquid flow, stable bed pressure drop, suitable for continuous filtration production lines.

5. Recoverable and reusable: After adsorption saturation, it can be regenerated at high temperature to restore most of the adsorption performance, reducing the cost of project consumables.
