Nonionic polyacrylamide is abbreviated as NPAM. It is a kind of water-soluble flocculant without electric charge, and the active groups on its molecular chain capture suspended particles in water through adsorption bridging. Therefore, it can accelerate the sedimentation of particles in the suspension, has very obvious effects of accelerating solution clarification and promoting filtration, and the flocculation process is less affected by water quality pH. It is suitable for weakly acidic and neutral water quality, has good flocculation toughness and strong anti-shear capacity. Besides flocculation and sedimentation, it can also be used in scenarios such as papermaking retention aid, soil sand fixation, pigment dispersion, moisture retention and thickening. Its appearance is white particles or fine powder, which dissolves in water but does not dissolve in most organic solvents. It is mainly used for flocculation and sedimentation of various industrial wastewater, such as wastewater treatment of papermaking and pulp, wastewater treatment in mineral processing and metal smelting processes, and wastewater treatment in steel mills and stone processing factories.

Usage Instructions:

1.When using, prepare a 0.1% concentration aqueous solution. It is preferable to use water that is neutral and free of salt impurities.

2. During dissolution, evenly sprinkle the nonionic polyacrylamide into the stirred water, and control the stirring speed at 100 to 300 rpm. Appropriate heating (< 60°C) can accelerate the dissolution.

3. Adjust the pH value of the treated liquid to enable the nonionic polyacrylamide to function to its fullest extent (select the appropriate pH value and the dosage of the nonionic polyacrylamide through experiments.)

4. When adding the nonionic polyacrylamide solution, accelerate the mixing with the treated liquid. When flocculent substances appear, reduce the stirring speed to facilitate the growth of the flocculent substances and accelerate the sedimentation.
