It is made from high-quality wood chips and is refined through a phosphoric acid activation process, then undergoes acid washing to remove impurities, and is finely ground to produce a black, fine powder. The product has a well-developed macroporous structure, low ash content, and strict control over heavy metals. It is specifically used in the production process of monosodium glutamate to remove pigments, colloids, protein impurities, odors, and pyrogens from the liquid, improving the light transmittance of the glutamic acid fermentation broth, ensuring that the finished monosodium glutamate has a pure color and meets the purity standards, and complies with relevant safety standards for food contact materials.
