The origin of macarosite is a composite of various substances such as potassium feldspar, plagioclase, biotite and hornblende. It is the weathering and semi-weathering product of granite, granodiorite and quartz schist. Its appearance consists of several colors such as gray-white, rice-flour color, and dark-brown. It contains more than ten kinds of essential trace elements for the human body and is called "Chinese Macarosite". Macarosite filter material is a natural silicate mineral. It is processed through mineral separation, crushing, screening, dust removal, cleaning and other procedures.
