Amino acid decolorizing and deodorizing carbon is a food and pharmaceutical-grade wood-based powdered activated carbon, made from high-quality hardwood sawdust using the phosphoric acid activation method, followed by deep acid washing, pure water rinsing, and ultra-fine grinding. It features a well-developed mesoporous and macroporous structure, specifically designed for amino acid fermentation broths. It efficiently adsorbs pigments, protein colloids, sulfides, and odorous impurities generated during fermentation, effectively removing color, fishy odor, and pyrogens while preserving the active components of amino acids. Widely used in the purification of various amino acid fermentation liquids such as glutamic acid, lysine, and glycine, it meets food and pharmaceutical safety standards.
