Honeycomb activated carbon for industrial waste gas is a honeycomb-shaped adsorbent material specially developed for industrial organic waste gas treatment. It is made of high-quality carbon powder and high-strength binder through mixing, extrusion forming, high-temperature carbonization and activation.

With regular honeycomb holes and well-developed micropores, it features large specific surface area and high adsorption capacity. When waste gas flows through the honeycomb channels, organic pollutants are fully captured inside the carbon body. It efficiently adsorbs VOCs such as benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone and malodorous gas.

Compared with granular or columnar activated carbon, honeycomb carbon has lower air resistance and less energy consumption for fans. It is easy to fill, less prone to powdering and collapse, widely used in large waste gas treatment equipment.

Note: For high humidity working condition, water-resistant honeycomb activated carbon is recommended. Ordinary type may soften under heavy moisture.
