Specialized honeycomb activated carbon is an integrated honeycomb-shaped adsorption/catalytic filter material prepared by a modified process based on ordinary honeycomb activated carbon. It belongs to customized industrial carbon materials. Using high-quality coal-based carbon powder as the base material, combined with specialized binders and functional additives, it is produced through multiple processes such as mixing, vacuum extrusion molding, drying, high-temperature activation, and modification treatment.

The product features an overall block-shaped honeycomb structure, with straight-through honeycomb channels inside. When air flows through, the wind resistance is low and the flow rate is high, effectively reducing the energy consumption of the fan and being suitable for large-volume exhaust gas treatment scenarios. The integrated molding structure has no loose particles. After filling, there is almost no dust, and there will be no problems such as material leakage, powdering, or blockage of the pipeline. Installation, replacement, and maintenance are convenient. The carbon body has a well-developed pore structure, which can efficiently adsorb pollutants such as benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, non-methane total hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and malodorous odors. The catalytic model can also achieve the synergistic reaction of adsorption and catalysis, removing pollutants such as nitrogen oxides and ozone that conventional activated carbon is unable to handle.
