The activated carbon used in this alcohol and beverage product is made from high-quality natural fruit shells such as walnut shells and almond shells. It is produced through carbonization, high-temperature steam activation, acid washing, and grading sieving. The resulting product is food-grade granular activated carbon. The product has a reasonable pore structure, with a balanced ratio of micropores and mesopores, high mechanical strength, low dust content, and extremely low ash content, meeting food contact safety standards. It is specifically used for filtering and purifying alcohol and beverage production lines. It can selectively adsorb impurities such as fusel oil, bitter substances, burnt flavor, turbid colloids, and pigment impurities in the alcohol and beverages, retaining the original flavor and aroma, achieving aging and maturation, clarification and transparency. It is the preferred filter material for continuous filtration equipment in wineries and beverage factories.

Instructions

The filter layer is fixed in the stainless steel filter tank or filter column for use; before loading new activated carbon, it should be fully soaked and rinsed with clean and pure water until the water flowing out is free of black water and dust. Then, the wine/ beverage should be introduced. The flow rate and contact time are designed according to the turbidity of the wine body and the severity of the odor. Regularly test the taste at the outlet and turbidity. Replace the activated carbon when it reaches saturation.
