Catalyst carrier columnar activated carbon is made from high-quality anthracite through extrusion, carbonization and deep activation. Thanks to its well-developed porous structure, it serves as a support medium to load precious metals and metal oxide active components, widely used in catalytic oxidation, ozone catalysis, VOCs catalytic degradation and flue gas denitrification.

Hierarchical pore structure provides large specific surface area for anchoring active components, while mesopores act as mass transfer channels for gas molecules. High mechanical strength ensures low dust and no blockage inside fixed-bed reactors. Stable chemical and thermal properties make it suitable for medium & low temperature catalytic reactions.

Active components can be evenly loaded and hard to peel off, extending catalyst service life. Customizable pore structure and sizes are available for fixed bed reactors, ozone catalytic towers and RCO systems. Applied in chemical tail gas, coating waste gas, printing waste gas and waste gas deodorization projects.
