Columnar activated carbon for organic waste gas treatment is produced from high-quality anthracite through kneading, extrusion, carbonization and high-temperature activation. It is widely used as filter media in activated carbon adsorption boxes, integrated waste gas purifiers and exhaust treatment systems for painting, printing and plastic industries.

It features well-developed micropores and large specific surface area, which can efficiently adsorb VOCs, benzene series, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate and other organic odor pollutants. With high mechanical strength, the pellets are not easy to break during filling, creating low dust and stable pressure drop inside the equipment.

The carbon bed maintains good air permeability during long-time operation. Once saturated, the carbon can be regenerated by thermal desorption for repeated use to cut operating cost. Multiple diameters are available for different air volume and exhaust concentration conditions, suitable for coating, printing, rubber, chemical and furniture manufacturing industries.
