Activated Carbon for Environmental Protection Equipment Filling is made of high-quality anthracite through crushing, extrusion, carbonization and high-temperature activation. It is black cylindrical pellets with well-developed pore structure and reasonable pore size distribution. With high mechanical strength and low dust, it is specially used as filling filter media for various environmental adsorption equipment, such as activated carbon adsorption boxes, waste gas adsorption towers, RCO/RTO pre-adsorption units and paint booth waste gas treatment systems.

The uniform pellets ensure stable air resistance after filling, avoiding material collapse and pipeline blockage caused by powder. It can effectively adsorb VOCs including benzene series, ketones and esters, and remove malodorous gas. The saturated carbon can be desorbed and regenerated for repeated use to reduce operating cost.

Widely used in waste gas treatment equipment of painting, printing, chemical, rubber, pharmaceutical industries. Suitable for integrated waste gas purification machines. Strict control of ash and moisture reduces corrosion inside equipment and helps meet emission standards.
