Honeycomb inclined tube (hexagonal honeycomb inclined tube filler), commonly made of materials such as PP (polypropylene), PVC, and FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), is a special sedimentation filler for sedimentation tanks. It is made into a hexagonal honeycomb tube structure through hot-melt pressing. The inclined tubes are installed at an inclined angle of 60°, significantly shortening the sedimentation distance of particles, increasing the surface load of the sedimentation tank, improving the sedimentation and separation efficiency of sediment, suspended solids, and flocs. The honeycomb inclined tube is mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal purposes. It has been widely adopted in water supply and drainage projects in the past decade and has become a water treatment device. It has the advantages of wide application range, high treatment efficiency, and small floor area. It is suitable for sand removal at the inlet, general industrial and domestic water supply sedimentation, sewage sedimentation, oil separation, and tailings concentration, etc. It is applicable to both new projects and the renovation of existing old ponds, and can achieve good economic benefits.

4. At the water intake point, a fiberglass honeycomb inclined tube is used. When the tube length is 2-3.0 meters, it can operate safely in high turbidity with a sand and silt content of 50-100 kilograms/m3.

5. The inclined tube sedimentation tank has a treatment capacity 3-5 times that of the parallel flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of the accelerated clarification tank and the pulse clarification tank.

The straight pipe is mainly used as the microbial carrier in high-load biological filters, tower-type biological filters, submerged biological filters (also known as contact oxidation tanks), and biological rotors. It is used for the biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage. The enhanced straight pipe can also serve as a heat dissipation device for natural or mechanical ventilation cooling towers. Due to its large specific surface area, high porosity and low ventilation resistance, its heat dissipation capacity is much higher than that of cement grids and wooden grid strips. Moreover, because of its good heat resistance, it has a longer service life than ordinary plastic inclined corrugated fillers. The honeycomb straight pipe can also be used as a core material for insulation, soundproofing, mobile houses, and furniture. Through special processing, it can be used as lightweight and high-strength engineering materials or shock-absorbing materials for military, maritime, and aviation purposes.

1.The processing efficiency is higher than that of the activated sludge method. The general hydraulic load is 100-200 cubic meters per square meter per day, and the organic load is 2000-5000 grams per cubic meter. Therefore, the land area is reduced.

2. The aeration intensity is lower than that of the activated sludge method, and there is no need for sludge return, so it can reduce power consumption and simplify management.

3. The amount of sludge is small, reducing the workload of sludge dewatering and other post-treatment processes.

4. The generated sludge has good settling properties, which is conducive to the removal of suspended solids in the subsequent stage.

5. The adaptability is strong, it can adapt to a wide range of water qualities, and has strong tolerance to sudden changes in water quality and quantity, maintaining stable treatment effects.

6. As long as it is operated and managed scientifically, regular flushing and discharge are carried out, and generally, blockage will not occur.
