Industrial exhaust column-shaped activated carbon is made from high-quality anthracite as the raw material. It is produced through processes such as crushing, grinding, mixing, extrusion molding, carbonization, high-temperature steam activation, and post-treatment screening. It is a cylindrical granular activated carbon that is currently the most widely used adsorption consumable in VOCs exhaust treatment and industrial odor purification fields. The product is a black cylindrical carbon column with a well-developed pore structure, containing a large number of micropores and mesopores, and a high specific surface area. It has excellent adsorption and capture capabilities for various organic exhaust molecules. The product has high mechanical strength, is wear-resistant and not prone to breaking， has less dust after filling， stable wind resistance， and is very suitable for industrial exhaust treatment equipment such as activated carbon adsorption boxes， adsorption towers， and pre-catalytic combustion adsorption.

In the exhaust gas treatment condition, this column-shaped activated carbon mainly adsorbs volatile organic pollutants (VOCs) such as benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone, alcohols, and alkanes. At the same time, it can remove odors like hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. It is widely used in industries such as spray painting rooms, printing workshops, rubber and plastic processing, chemical production, pharmaceuticals, coating, ink production, and wastewater treatment stations for odor removal of exhaust gases.

3. Stable airflow resistance: Uniform cylindrical particle size, uniform voids, when the waste gas passes through the carbon layer, the pressure drop is small, reducing the fan load and saving equipment energy consumption;

4. Deadsorption and regeneration possible: After adsorption saturation, it can be regenerated by hot air or steam to release the organic solvents, the carbon body can be reused, suitable for high-concentration waste gas conditions, reducing the long-term material procurement cost.

Usage Notes: The exhaust gas should be pre-treated in advance to remove dust, high humidity water mist, and tar-like substances to prevent pollutants from blocking the pores of the activated carbon and causing the carbon material to fail rapidly; the temperature of the exhaust gas is recommended to be controlled within 40℃, as high temperatures will significantly reduce the adsorption capacity.
