VOCs column-shaped activated carbon, also known as coal-based extruded column-shaped activated carbon, is a cylindrical carbon adsorption material made from high-quality anthracite as the main raw material. It is produced through grinding, ingredient mixing and kneading, extrusion molding, carbonization, high-temperature steam activation, and sieving refinement. It is the core adsorption consumable for industrial VOCs organic waste gas treatment. The finished product is a black solid cylindrical particle with a pore structure that combines micropores and mesopores, having a large specific surface area, and possesses extremely strong capture and adsorption capabilities for volatile organic waste gas molecules.

It is specifically developed for VOCs organic waste gas treatment. It can efficiently adsorb various organic volatile pollutants such as toluene, xylene, benzene, ethyl acetate, acetone, n-hexane, alcohols, ketones, ethers, etc. At the same time, it can also deal with malodorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide and ammonia. It is widely used in VOC waste gas treatment projects such as spray painting rooms, ink printing, plastic injection molding, rubber processing, chemical production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, coating production lines, odor collection in sewage treatment stations, etc. It is often installed in activated carbon adsorption boxes and activated carbon adsorption towers, and can also be equipped with catalytic combustion (CO/RCO) equipment for pre-adsorption and concentration.

They are not prone to clogging the pipelines and filter components, thus protecting the downstream equipment.

3.Stable air pressure drop： Uniformly regular cylindrical particle size， uniform gaps between particles. When exhaust gas passes through the carbon layer， the wind resistance is stable， reducing the load on the fan and saving equipment operation energy consumption.

4. Supports desorption and regeneration： After adsorption saturation， it can be desorbed by hot air or parsed by water vapor to release the adsorbed organic substances. The activated carbon can be recycled and reused， suitable for medium and high concentration VOC exhaust gas conditions.
