The multi-faced hollow ball packing is a new type of tower packing. There is a reinforcing ring along the entire circumference in the middle part, and there are twelve ball segments on both the upper and lower sides of the ring. The upper and lower ball segments are interlaced and arranged radially along the central axis. The surface of the ball is multi-faced and open, and the internal cavity is large, with strong gas-liquid flow capacity. It is commonly used in situations such as waste gas purification, desulfurization and dust removal, water treatment degassing, spray towers, washing towers, absorption towers, etc.

Usage Instructions:

1. Before filling, check if the sphere is intact and remove any debris and impurities;

2. Distribute evenly inside the tower to avoid local overhanging or uneven flow;

3. During operation, control the gas-liquid flow rate to prevent liquid flooding and filler damage;

4. Regularly inspect and replace in time when blockage or severe aging occurs.
