Waste gas treatment columnar activated carbon is made of high-quality anthracite coal through a series of processes including carbonization, cooling, activation and washing. It is black cylindrical activated carbon. The cylindrical carbon is made by kneading powdery raw materials with binder, extruding, carbonizing and activating. It can also be extruded with powdered activated carbon and binder. It has well-developed microporous structure, excellent gas adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, low dust, and can be regenerated for repeated use with low cost. It is specially used for purification of toxic and harmful gas, industrial VOC waste gas treatment, odor control and organic solvent recovery.

It is widely used in purification of toxic gas, industrial organic waste gas treatment and solvent recovery. It is applied in painting workshop waste gas adsorption to remove benzene, toluene and xylene; waste gas purification for printing, rubber, furniture and plastic factories; odor removal for sewage stations and garbage transfer stations to eliminate hydrogen sulfide and ammonia; gas deodorization and desulfurization in petrochemical industry; process gas purification and solvent recovery in chemical industry. It is also suitable for workshop tail gas treatment, warehouse deodorization, gasoline evaporation pollution control, and filling filter media for activated carbon adsorption towers and waste gas carbon boxes. It is not easy to pulverize and block equipment under continuous large air flow, ideal for long-term industrial waste gas treatment.
